After you fill out the Inquire Form, we’ll set up a free discovery call to explore your vision. No pressure - just a friendly chat to ensure we’re the right fit.

We start with a thorough consultation—either in person or online — We’ll get to know each other, learn about your project scope, budget, and timelines. After we’ve got all the details of your design hopes and dreams, we’ll create and send over a design proposal with all the details and the estimated cost of your project.

Then, we’ll outline the contract, scope of work, and investment details to ensure everything is clear. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is submitted, we’ll start onboarding. Now the fun begins! You'll fill out a questionnaire to refine the design, while we gather measurements, inspiration, and key details to kick off the project.

Depending on your project and service, you could expect floor plans, mood boards, material selections, architectural review, and ensuring it all aligns with you and your goals.
