01. Discovery
15-30 minutes in-person or online — We'll discuss your goals and what you're looking to achieve. No pressure to commit, we will ensure we are an A+ fit.
02. Design Consultation
90 minute — Next, we'll schedule an on-site walkthrough or meet with your architect/builder to review plans. This helps us understand your needs and define the work. You'll then receive a detailed proposal with an estimate for design fees and furnishings, if needed.
03. Onboarding
1 week — Once we agree on the scope of work, we'll begin onboarding. You'll fill out a questionnaire to help us understand your preferences and priorities. If we need extra measurements or another visit, we'll handle it during this phase. This ensures a smooth, stress-free process.
04. Design Creation
Dependent on the scope of work; 2 months — Now for the fun part—bringing your vision to life! We'll work on floor plans, mood boards, and inspiration, using your input to shape the design. If construction is needed, we'll schedule a Trade Day to bring in vendors and get estimates.
05. Detailed Design
Dependent on the scope of work; 2 months — This is when everything comes together. We'll finalize selections for materials, finishes, and furnishings, customizing every detail. For construction projects, we'll handle those elements first and add furnishings later, ensuring everything feels just right.
06. Procurement & Install
Construction TBD based on project; 3-5 months for furnishings — Here’s where we get to work. We'll handle ordering, track deliveries, and manage storage to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. For construction or renovations, we’ll manage the details to keep things running smoothly. When it’s time to install, we’ll style every corner so your home feels complete.
07. Wrap-Up
2+ weeks — We ensure every final detail is accounted for, providing you with a comprehensive project packet that includes warranties, paint colors, flooring details, and product specs. You'll have everything you need to confidently maintain and enjoy your newly transformed space.
