01. Discovery + Proposal

We'll start with a 15-30 minute discovery call to get to know you and your vision. From there, I'll create a detailed proposal tailored specifically to your project. We'll review everything together virtually - no pressure, just a clear roadmap of how we'll bring your space to life. Once you're excited to move forward, you'll sign the contract and send the first deposit, and we're off to the races.

03. Onboarding

1 week — Once we agree on the scope of work, we'll begin onboarding. You'll fill out a questionnaire to help us understand your preferences and priorities further, as needed. If we need extra measurements or additional pictures/videos of the space, we'll handle it during this phase.

04. Design Concepts

Dependent on the scope of work, 1-4 weeks. Now for the fun part - bringing your vision to life! We'll work on floor plans, mood boards, and inspiration, using your input to shape the design.

05. Detailed Design

Dependent on the scope of work, 2 - 5 weeks. This is when everything comes together. We'll finalize materials, finishes, and furnishings selections, customizing every detail. For renovation or remodel projects, we'll handle those elements first and add furnishings later, ensuring everything feels just right.

06. Procurement & Install

For design-only projects, procurement and installation are the responsibility of the client. We are able to support virtually through our hourly rate, if needed.

07. Wrap-Up

1+ week — We’ll double-check every detail and wrap things up with your personalized Project Packet. It’ll include your curated shopping list, paint colors, detailed elevations, floor plans, beautiful renders, and handy installation guides. Basically, you’ll have everything you need to effortlessly transform your space and love it for years to come.
