  • Yes, selectively. We accept a limited number of Fort Lauderdale and South Florida projects each year, reserved for full-home furnishings, multi-room designs, and large-scale renovations. That focus lets us give every project the same standard we hold in the Keys.

  • We are, and we're in South Florida regularly for trade showrooms, finish selections, and project visits. Fort Lauderdale is where our studio began, so the vendor relationships and neighborhood knowledge never left. For the right project, the drive is the easy part.

  • The neighborhoods we know best: Las Olas, the Intracoastal waterfront, Wilton Manors, and the surrounding coastal communities. If you're nearby and your project fits our scope, we'd love to hear about it.

  • The same way it works for our Keys clients who live out of state. During construction, we coordinate closely with your contractor and are on site for the moments that matter, from walkthroughs to finish selections. For furnishings, it's full white-glove from our end: every piece sourced, received, inspected, delivered, and installed. You'll never chase a delivery or babysit a punch list.

  • It depends on the layers. Furnishing budgets typically start around $20,000 per room, separate from our flat design fee, which is set by project scope so you know it upfront. Renovations carry their own construction budget, which we help you plan realistically. After your discovery process, you'll receive a detailed proposal covering all of it, because a project this size should never come with financial surprises.
