From seasonal retreat to a winter escape, to a family home.
This home started as a vacation rental investment but quickly became something more. Originally purchased as a seasonal retreat to escape the northern winters and be closer to family, the client fell in love with the property and decided to make it their own. What began as a virtual design project evolved into a full-service transformation, where we not only designed the interiors but also managed installation, styling, and a full turnkey setup—down to the dishes and linens. Our goal? To create a true getaway experience that instantly made them feel like they were on vacation the moment they walked through the door.

Creating a True Florida Dream Home
The client was used to a more traditional, navy-heavy aesthetic from their northern home. We wanted to push the design beyond their comfort zone and bring in elements that truly embodied the Florida coastal lifestyle—without feeling cliché. By incorporating:

One of the biggest challenges? The client had their heart set on attending a jazz festival and wanted to be fully settled in the home in time for the event. We worked backward from their timeline, ensuring:
